Exchange and refund

An exchange, refund or credit note is available within 10 days of purchase of the merchandise, provided that the merchandise is returned in its original, undamaged packaging. No refund, exchange or credit note for damaged or opened merchandise.

Return process

If the return is Baa bee's responsibility (broken or defective goods), we will send you a prepaid return label by e-mail. Please write to us at info@baabee.ca for the detailed procedure.

Refunds or exchanges will be made 1-2 business days after receipt of the return order.
